Here is the schedule for the Apple Butter Festival 2024

Sept. 29: Move club trailer to festival grounds

Oct. 1: Setup booth at festival. Meet at range at 4:30/5:00PM. Need trucks to deliver items needed for festival.

Oct. 3: First day of festival. Start fire between 6:30 and 7:00AM. Teen and Queen Pagent at 7:00PM

Oct. 4: Second day of festival. Start fire between 6:30 and 7:00AM. The Avalons-Do-Wap band from 7:00 to 10:00PM.

Oct. 5: Last day of festival. Start fire between 6:00 and 6:30AM. This is a bust day and there will be several people needed on site, especially from noon to close. Rick K and the Allnighters is the featured band Saturday night and there will be a crowd between 8:00 and 10:00PM.

Chef Donnie will be cooking breakfast and dinner on Saturday.

Oct. 6: Move trailer back to range and arrange to unload at another time.
